Overview
With Bruges’ canal at the back, B&B Canal Deluxe is just 350 metres away from De Markt Square. It offers 4 rooms. All have a private lounge, some are equipped with an open fire place. All suites overlook the canal. The rooms have free Wi-Fi and luxury bedding. Most also have air conditioning. A continental breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast room. Upon request (and an additional fee) it can as well be served in the room. A wide variety of restaurants is located within 500 meters of the bed and breakfast. From Canal Deluxe B&B, it’s 650 meters on foot to the St. Salvator cathedral. Groeningemuseum is 900 metres away.

“Exceptional, romantic stay”
We stayed at the Canal Deluxe for two nights for a little getaway following our wedding last week, and could not have been happier. After being greeted by the owner and Pickles the dog, we were taken to the building where our room was located and shown around by Peri. We stayed in the Jules room, which is absolutely beautiful and features direct access to the canal. As mentioned in previous reviews, we were greeted with local beer and chocolates, but they also included a bottle of fizz to celebrate our nuptials, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was comfortable, cozy, and incredibly spacious. The decor is unique, perfectly blending old-world charm with modern facilities. While our room didn't have a fireplace, we certainly didn't need one in May, though I imagine it would be a nice addition in the colder winter months. One of our favorite parts was the terrace. It was the perfect spot for sipping a coffee, reading a book, and watching the ducks swim by on the canal. Despite the central location, it was remarkably quiet; we had no disturbance from outside noise or other guests throughout our stay. The breakfast room was lovely, and the food was delicious—a real morning treat that set us up perfectly for the day. Peri served us each morning and was also there for our checkout and the return of our car key. She is wonderful—warm, welcoming, and a real asset to the place. The paid private parking was convenient and secure, which enabled us to forget about our car for the entire three days. The B&B is in a perfect location for exploring the beautiful city by foot, and we were easily able to pop back during the day to rest or drop off bags from all our chocolate shopping. We truly couldn't have picked a better spot for our post-wedding break and we will definitely be back!

It is unique and quirky with all facilities. The fire was gorgeous. The decor was so absolutely wonderful. The property divine. Loved the garden area had it been summer. Seeing the canal was super. Huge comfy bed with lovely linen. Towels changed each day. Breakfast delicious.

The property was so beautiful, wonderful welcome, spotlessly clean, perfect location within a 5 minute walk of restaurants and central square. Amazing breakfast and lovely cakes that were left for us everyday. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved our open fire with plenty of logs to burn in the evening, so cosy.

“Excellent B&B in central Bruges”
Fantastic location with views over the canal. Our room was immaculately clean, warm and cosy. We had access to a terrace sitting beside the canal. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty available to keep us going when walking around Bruges. The chocolates, beer and pieces of cake that appeared on our return to the room where a nice touch The place was very quiet so didn't get disturbed by the staff or other guests, which surprised me as we were on a lower level. I would happily stay here again and am happy to recommend to others.

This small garden house features private terrace overlooking the canal. It offers a seating area downstairs. The bedroom is accessible via a spiral staircase and is located under a century-old wooden beamed ceiling. Please note that this suite consists of 3 floors including stairs and is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
