“Ella’s B&B”

Ella is an amazing host! She is very knowledgeable and bright young woman! She is very welcoming and entertaining. The breakfast was very tasty with different options, and she is always keen to accommodate your requests. We felt slightly cold in the room and requested an additional blanket that she didn’t hesitate to bring over. We also met her husband and son, both really nice. The location of the B&B is perfect! Close to the city centre and not noisy at all! Easy to reach from the train station, either by bus or walking. We walked and took 20 mins. I would highly recommend Ella’s B&B 😊

Our host was very friendly and helped us get the most out of our short stay in Bruges. The room was stylish and clean, we had a great breakfast which was made and served by our host each morning. The location was great for exploring Bruges.

Very friendly, helpful host with a lovely family, with lots of interesting tips and advice for sightseeing and eating in Brugge and surrounds. Room was comfortable and quiet and breakfast was fantastic. Ella was very flexible with the check-in time, which helped us immensely. Would highly recommend.

The care and attention that Ella put into making our stay perfect was exemplary. From a warm welcome and personalised guide to the city according to our interests, to the very well designed and equipped room, Ella took care to make sure that we had everything we needed. We also very much enjoyed our very tasty breakfasts, in the beautiful and spotless kitchen, and happily chatted to Ella and our fellow guests, learning more about the city of Bruges, it's history and attractions, and planning our days. We had a very bespoke experience, much better than an impersonal hotel stay, and Ella is charming, knowledgeable, and adaptable, and her enthusiasm for the Bruges is infectious! Thank you so much Ella ( and family).

“Great b&b in Bruges”

Our host Ella was fantastic. She has great local knowledge, and was very helpful. She arranged gluten free options for my wife for breakfast and we were offered plenty of options on the breakfast with a wide selection of breads, fruit salad, boiled egg cooked to our liking, and a little treat (the first day was home made carrot cake, followed by gingerbread and chocolate brioche on the subsequent days). The room was a good size, with a shower and separate toilet. There was daily turn down of the room with water and tea/coffee provided daily. WiFi in each room meant we could watch programmes on our tablet or listen to music when we returned to the room. The b&b is also in a fantastic location as it's very central to everything, meaning you a 30 minute walk to either end of the city. If arriving by train consider getting a taxi or bus to the b&b though as it's about a 30 minute walk which is tricky with luggage over the cobbled pavements.

“Wonderful, don't doubt and go there”

All was incredible. Ela is a fantastic host. The rooms are nice, with a careful decoration and all the things you need. Every day a new bottle of water. The breakfast is copious and varied; every morning a surprise!! The house is in the center of Brugges, 5 minutes walking to Grote Markt. And Ela is Ela!!! She is wonderful. She gave us so useful information that our visit to Brugge was very complete, discovering places that probably we didn't see without her help. She helped us in organize our visits to Gant and Amberes, providing us useful information about trains, prices.... Brugge is lovely and Ela is lovely as well.

Great food, lovely location & knowledgable host

The best holiday accommodation we have ever had. Ella was the perfect host and the attention to detail was so impressive. Our room was absolutely spotless. Her knowledge on Belgian culture and Bruges itself was second to none. Arranged us a top class taxi at a fantastic price when Uber quoted a ridiculous price for a 1 mile journey. Being a fussy eater I was worried how I would cope with continental breakfasts...i needn't have worried as Ella soon realised what we liked the most. Cant thank her enough really for a fabulous stay, almost certain we will re visit as we both enjoyed it so much. Thank you Ella.

“Lovely welcoming host with a perfect locatiin to explore beautiful Bruges”

Wonderful welcoming host who is happy to offer useful insights into where to go in the city and beyond. Wonderful location near the quiet but beautiful saint Anna district, but 5 minute walk to main squares and a really safe city to explore day and night on your own. Breakfast was delicious.

“Amazing B&B in a great location”

Ella was an amazing host, she made us feel welcome straight away and provided a lot of useful information about Bruges and some great recommendations too. Property is in a great location, really close to the centre (5min walk) but not so close that it is noisy as it is on a quiet side street. Very easy to get to from the train station as the bus stop is just down the street. Ella provided a really nice continental breakfast every morning. The room was also very comfortable and clean and was a good size.
