“Awful will not stay again wish I could get a refund”
Rude employees, no elevator to 2nd floor, room was not cleaned after 1st night , way to expensive for quality of hotel. I had to ask for more towels and they brought towels that were thin and way to small for bath towels. I’m pretty sure they were pool towels or something. I had room on 1st floor but the woman at desk said it was showing as not cleaned so we had to walk upstairs to 2nd floor. Water was green in bath.

“Stay was fine but not worth the money I was charged.”
The room was so humid after showering and doing anything in the room. Lack of fan in the bathroom is not good. We had to empty trash ourselves snd there was rarely anyone at the front desk. Could not get change for vending machine from front desk and then when I finally got change everything I tried to get was sold out. Very frustrating.
