“A lovely little Logis in a beautiful cillage”

This is an admirable Logis in one of the most beautiful villages in France. I received a warm welcome, my room was bright, clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves excellent local cuisine with a decent selection of wines and there was a good selection at breakfast. This is at least the fourth time I have stayed here and it never disappoints. I thoroughly recommend it

Á small hamlet somewhat off the beaten track, but that’s what we liked about it. Clean facilities although room not very big, which is typical of many Logis properties. Food was good and reasonably priced menu.

The location and view from the room were outstanding and exceptional, it’s such a unique place to stay and we will never forget the experience. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times and they made sure we had a great stay.

What a location ! Opening your window to see the chateau right there in all its glory … just fantastic. Loved the refurbished rooms (first stayed here back in 2014) and guest lounge with coffee pod machine. Good breakfast and restaurant on site. Terrace bar by river lovely for a drink after an active day.

The location was super, very quiet. Off the beaten track, a tiny hamlet of great character. Very picturesque. The staff were most helpful. I appreciated greatly being able to check in earlier than expected especially as there was a storm starting. There was somewhere secure to leave my bike overnight. I had a minor issue with my bike but with the hotel's help I was very largely able to deal with it, thank you. A good choice on the menu for an evening meal and a good breakfast. Nice to see a family run hotel who obviously take a pride in their work.

“Lovely hotel from a different era in a historic/medieval town”

The town (of about 25 residents) and the hotel are from a different era, a nicer one. Very welcoming staff and a restaurant that is the gem of the region. It has quite a few tables and it is always full. Food is Great, prices are very fair and you can tell that people from neighboring towns come here regularly. The hotel and restaurant are family run and you can tell their commitment to service. The room was very clean and has all you need for a nice rest after driving around in the area or visiting medieval towns, like this one. The big extra was coming to the room, opening the window and having the castle right in front, magnificent view. You can hear the water of the river that runs next to the hotel and it is quite soothing. Very calm at night, lovely place to relax. Thanks!

Exceptional location and the property had character given the price. Superb and popular restaurant which many locals attend both at lunchtime and evenings. Mosquito blinds on windows a big plus Good breakfast. Lots of local products. Great kindness shown when I accidentally went off with the room key on my bike tour Good English spoken
