Communication was very good and friendly and access was very easy. The whole Location is super impressive, well maintained and pretty. It is a special place and breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking space too. We immediately thought how amazing the place would be for weddings and other Events. Very dogfriendly.

An absolutely beautiful room! Comfy bed, large bathroom, perfect patio, and ong the breakfast brought to our door! I literally have zero complaints or remotely bad things to say. Even the grounds are gorgeous with a pobd, large grassy area, view out to horse pastures.

Lovely place, cozy rooms with microwave, kettle and little fridge +very handy plug sockets on the patio and plenty of parking space. Beautiful surroundings for walks, horse riding, outdoor games or just sitting by the pool. 40min drive to Adršpach-Teplice Rocks Very tasty breakfast (hot and cold)+all day access to coffee and local beer (self service) Already planing to come back next year😊

Beautiful location to stay. The room had everything you need and an amazing shower. The sitting space in front of the room is also very nice. The grounds are well maintained and relaxing. The swimming pond is small but enough the cool down during hot days. Brounov itself is also a pretty town to visit with beautiful buildings, good places to eat and a big supermarket.

very pleasant place, we will definitely come back here. owners are very nice and helpful, also the staff here. There is a lot of space for parking. quite large and well-equipped apartment. very comfortable bed. a delicious breakfast delivered to your door. big portion and really tasty. close to Adršpach Kraj skalních, mountains and lakes, great location. very nice view from the window and the property. the whole area is gorgeous! very quiet if you want to take a break from the city and noise choose this place. The horses is also a big plus, even if you don't ride. it's nice to look at these beautiful animals. the possibility of visiting with a dog.

Description and Reality are two different things here. We booked the appartment with a kitchen. What we found was a single big room with furniture looking like a kitchen. The additional bed was only for children, not for an adult. In the room were no plates, no cooking pots, no oven, no cooking zone. Just a microwave oven and three(!) drinking glasses. The owner showed no understanding for our idea of what should be included in an appartment with kitchen. We did not even get eating plates from the breakfast area. We left the room and only got a refund for the breakfast. Most disappointing experience of all my trips so far. Misleading room discription.
