“Stayed here for medical. Lakeisha was extremely helpful and friendly.”
The staff was really helpful with the exception of the check in agent who was very condescending and dismissive.

“The facilities and staff are amazing!”
We arrived for medical. There is one reservations clerk that has been a real gem. I will try to get her name tomorrow. Also the text messages from Lakeisha was such a great touch.

Breakfast was very nice and staff friendly, that was an extra payment. Hotel was expensive for two night nearly 1000 for two nights.

The hotel is well located, at a walking distance from Brigham and Women's hospital. There are several food options available at a walking distance as well. It is comfortable and quiet. Staff is pleasant and available for any questions.
