“This is a nice, reasonably priced hotel”

NEVER PREPAID THIS HOTEL ! This hotel ripped me off. I booked a room through the app Booking.com and prepaid the night. When I arrived 19 Jun in the hotel, they told me they don't have any clean room because of a thunderstorm the day before and they will reimburse me. They never reimbursed me the 72,01$ I paid. I sent 4 emails, one formal letter. I will denounce this fraud to the Federal Trade Commission.

“Don't stay here!”
I agreed to pay a certain price on price line. And when I got to the hotel, I was charged in additional $18. They said it was because priceline doesn't have their prices on their website. This is a breach of contract. The rooms are outdated and the air conditioning is terrible.
