“Our favorite guesthouse in Iceland: welcoming, perfectly located, and surrounded by stunning scenery”
Without a doubt our favourite stay in Iceland! Host was friendly, the place was spotless clean, kitchen was modern and clean, room was spacious and the view gorgeous. Location is perfect if you want to visit Latrabjark, and there's a lovely hot spring closeby. We only stayed one night but next time we will come for a week!

“Excellent spot to rest and re-charge. Enjoy the farm setting and beach!”
We enjoyed the location across from the beach. Our rooms and the bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen and common areas were spacious and well appointed. We spent our afternoon on the front patio and down on the beach. The location is worth the drive. We were looking for a place to have a tire repaired and the host generously offered to fix our tire and refused payment. This saved us a trip into town and a search for a tire shop. That is above and beyond !!

Such a lovely experience, I have stayed here twice now and the experience has been great both times. The kitchen is super well equipped and everything is very tidy. The views are gorgeous and the place is very quiet despite being relatively close to the road.

You’ll find there everything you might possibly need, there’s very cosy and spacious common area, three bathrooms in the main building and the view from the rooms is breathtaking! It’s really great option and value for money.

“Calm paradise far from too-touristy places”
Perfect position, great service, very kind and helpfull owner. Acommodation was clean, well-equipped, tidy and comfortable, great view from windows and picnic table outside. Private beach and parking.

“This place is very close to perfect. We felt at homeand enjoyed our stay”
the house gets cleaned every afternoon when the guests are out exploring. It’s a wonderful place in a wonderful location. When lots of people are staying at the same time it gets very busy in the kitchen and you may need to wait until you can prepare dinner after a long day of and about. Tip: prepare your dinner in the morning before you head out so you only have to warm it up later
