“Close to Walmart and pubs - hotel with the windows”
It was possible to open the window, which is very rare phenomenon in US hotels. It was possible to get some fresh air from outside. There is Walmart within walking distance and other restaurants,

“I did not expect the room to be as nice as it was. It is very clean and updated rooms.”
I was not expecting the updated rooms and the nice bathtub when I booked the room. It exceeded my expectations on how updated it was and how clean it was.
