“Worst place booked EVER! Should NOT be in your repertoire of decent hotels. NOT Wyndham quality!”
From the moment we walked in things went wrong. The clerk said there was NO BREAKFAST, we said right here it says “Breakfast Included”. She said sorry. We asked for refund she said NO. Then the room OMG…we walked into the bottom of an ashtray! STUNK TO HIGH HEAVEN. For the short time we were there all of our belongings took on the terrible, foul odor. We were put in an upstairs room which we requested 1st floor and there was no heat, but it didn’t stink. Temp went down to 34 degrees and we put on all our clothes to sleep…still froze. We think a refund is due us!
