“Very disappointing, no support at all.”
It was a work trip for a group of colleagues. For some rooms we booked by Booking.com, for some directly with the hotel staff. First we didn't have a breakfast, and when we asked to add it it wasn't possible. Other guests had it, that means that the option was available, just not for us? It wasn't very clean: for some days nobody cleaned the room, one of the bathrooms didn't have the toilet brush, and we couldn't ask it since it was almost impossible to speak with the reception since there was nobody for days. We had the need to communicate with the reception also for other things and we couldn't. Some of the rooms had to be paid at the end of the stay, but the staff insisted that we paid a few days in advance since, as I said, they were not present in the hotel. We tried to communicate by email/phone with them, especially about the payment methods, but they gave us answers that in the end were different from what they decided in the reality. We were all very disappointed. Nice surroundings but it was a very bad stay.
