“Comfy, clean and cosy”

Convenient stop with a nice bar area, really comfy room with good shower and tea and coffee facilities in the room! Evening bar staff were really friendly. Didn’t have time for breakfast but we thought the hotel was great value.

The staff were excellent and went out of there way to help us. Special thanks to Sébastien and the helpful staff at the bar. The location was also great, it’s a walking distance to a supermarket and the Brignoles town centre.

the staffs were exceptionally cordial that make you feel at home. everything was clean! parking lot is very safe so we could leave everything in the car during the night - which could not be very safe thing to do.

This was a mid point destination for us on our drive home, it was more than we could have hoped for as far as hospitality. The staff were so very welcoming and friendly. We traveled with our pet and he was also made to feel very welcomed, such a nice change after being in Spain where pets are tolerated but not allowed anywhere public. The rooms were unique, very well appointed and comfortable. Wonderful soaps and tea/coffee available. Reg restaurant served a buffet dinner that was excellent and very abundant.

“So disappointed with welcome and location/appearance we didn’t want to stay.”

On arrival, we were greeted indifferently and asked to pay straight away, not having seen our room or had any food etc. As the location was very disappointing, despite being tired after a long and stressful journey, we said we had never been asked to pay straight away and said we wouldn’t stay. The person at reception said those were her instructions and was not terribly helpful, although did say in the end we needn’t pay yet. Too late for us sadly. She told us we had to cancel with Booking.com and we couldn’t manage it online after trying. We forfeited our money sadly.

The ‘industrial’ style decor of the room made a pleasant change. The pool looked nice but we didn’t stay long enough to try it.
