“Highly stressful and disappointing experience”
Highly stressful and disappointing experience I booked and paid for this hotel around 10pm, choosing it specifically because it advertised a 24-hour reception. While driving (about an hour away), I also sent a message via Booking to inform them of my expected arrival time. However, upon arrival at around 1am, I found the gate closed with no response to the bell. I repeatedly tried calling the hotel, but no one answered. I was left stranded outside alone in the middle of the night for about 20 minutes, with no way to access the property. In the end, I had no choice but to leave and spend another 30 minutes searching for an alternative hotel that was actually open at that hour. When I later contacted the property to complain, I received only a minimal apology and no explanation for the misleading information about 24-hour reception. Overall, this was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience, especially given the lack of communication and accountability.

“A Warm & Welcoming New Hotel – Great Bathroom”
A wonderful, warm welcome at a new and very pleasant hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the large, modern bathroom was a real highlight. A very comfortable and inviting stay overall.

Ideal to escape from the world. It is silence even if it is not far fromage the motorway and Brignoles. Food was good, rooms are tidy and bed matrix excellent. The pool area is relaxing next to the spa. The staff is friendly, the food is good and if you love golf, well the court is next to you. Great value for money

“Good hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff but the worst restaurant experience we've ever had - anywhere in the world!”
We've stayed at this hotel many times. We stayed here teo timea during March. The food used to be OK, but this time we had an awful experience. I've traveled all over Europe / the world and I've lives in 13 countries (I've seen it all). And I have NEVER had such lousy food (neither gas my spouce). We ordered meat and mushrooms. We couldn't eat it. Even the smell was foul. It's never happened to us before. Luckily, the waiter did not charge us for it. Please note: the meat and the mushrooms were so BAD that both the looks of it - as well as the smell - were both awful. Almost unbelievable. We still decided to stay at the hotel on the way back, but we did not have neither breakfast - nor dinner.

“Great for an overnight stop”
Stopover night for us on our way to Italy. Hotel was nice, and very accepting of our dog. The rooms are in blocks with own front doors so ideal for our dog. We would stay again. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant and food was good. My husband used to play golf and he says the course looked superb.
