“Bed better than 4 star hotels”

There's a queen size bed that is really a queen size, not two twins together. Better than a lot of 4 star hotels that offer a Queen bed with two mattresses and a hole in the middle.

Check in was really easy. Quite and comfortable.

The self check-in was a full chaos. 1. The reception closed around 8, despite the receptionist were at the hotel. People had to ask help from a far call center. 2. Bank card transfer doesn't work during self-check-in. 3. Mobile internet was shadowed/blocked near the door (and big part of the building) to fulfil payment online. Therefore payment and therefore GET IN the hotel was impossible! 4. On the groundfloor the sewage (shitty, infectious water) came up from the canal and flood some rooms entrance. I had to walk in to reach my room. The facilities are catastrophic, although with a little attention and repair would make these serious problems avoidable and would save many guests from these very annoying and uncomfortable situations!

“Unexpectedly nice”

The place seemed like a very standard B&B, maybe even a bit less, but to my surprise it was very nice! Full of families and comfortable for a quick nap on a longer journey. I liked it very much

Perfect for us, we needed somewhere fast and didn't expect to be so pleasantly surprised. Supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance. Lovely hotel, very very clean in all public areas and the room was spacious and spotless. Nice big, high bed, lovely towels, much better than some more upmarket hotels we've stayed in. Excellent staff, very friendly and proactive. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was spotless, hot drinks machine was given a thorough clean at the end of service. Honestly, the best deal we've had lately. Would definitely recommend.

It was a good location for a stopover on the motorway travelling out from Monaco. It was basic but clean and comfortable.

Need more clear instructions about room door entry, took me 5min to open the door with code.

Everything is convenient. I recommend it to everyone.

Incheck is easy en convenient, Good parkingplace. The B&B hotel is close - walking distance - to the small city Brignolles. In a better, quiet environment then most of these sort of low-budget hotels. De room en bathroom are clean, good bed. For one night it is really oke.

Somehow, at the reception I was given a room number and access code, but they didn't close the payment process. So, in 5am, when i when to my car in the parking, to leave some bags, on the way back to my room, where were all my documents, money, passport and my dog, I didn't have the access to the front door. As my reservation hadn't been finished, my access code was unavailable for the front door. I have been left outside for 20 minutes, talking to the customer service agent, who just told me that he cannot do anything for me until I pay the room (the room in which i spent the night, and already have registered my card to pay the bill...). After a nervous discussion, freezing, locked outside, he decided to call the manager, who was in the hotel, so the guy came and opened for me, finished the payment, so I could have available access code (the day before, the one that i had was absolutely available, as I used it numerous times to enter in my room). So, in the end all terminated well, but it was unpleasant experience. You cannot just say to a customer of the hotel, that you cannot do anything for him and left him locked outside. Even more, when the error comes from the hotel, not the customer. It's my third staying in this hotel, so far I haven't had anything like that. Generally, saying it's a very good place to stay. Just be careful and check if everything is really done correctly, not to find yourself in a situation like mine.
