“Perfect stay at Lake Como”

Everything! The place is amazing!

Perfect place to start your Como adventure. We Werę group of 4 people and stayed for 1 night. The town is so small and wanderful!

It does the job for a night or two. Smart TV. Clean. Easy self check in / check out and a responsive host.

The apartment is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. It is very difficult to find street parking nearby. There is no air conditioning in the apartment and we did not find a fan as stated. We also did not find bathrobes or slippers which were also stated to be in the apartment. We were woken up several times during the night by traffic noise. Sounded like motorbikes or cars speeding through the narrow streets. We had booked the apartment for two nights, but ended up moving on after one night, despite not getting a refund for the second night. Attached is a picture of the view from the bedroom on the 2nd floor.

“Nice and clean two floor flat in Brienno”

Nice and clean apartment, good location in Brienno that for us was perfect. Communication with owner was good and clear and check-in/out was easy.

The location is good.The host was polite but did not inform us that the apartment is not suitable for 4 adults.The bedroom was fine but the sofa was absolutely awful for sleeping.the host was aware that 4 adults are arriving after reservation but didn't do anything to a least inform us about the sleeping situation. It wasnt bad enought that the sofa bed was awful but it wasnt even prepared even that we reserved for 4 people.

“It was faboulus”

I stayed with my family. It was very easy to get to the house and to get the key. Especially the landlord was very helpful and interested. The inside of the house was very clean and had everything that a house should have. This 2-storey house is not suitable for the disabled. The children slept on the lower floor. However, there was a small sofa bed. You can sit on the sofa but I think it was not very suitable for sleeping because it was very uncomfortable. Although it was warm during the day, the stone house was a little cold. However, there was heating. We found it at night, although it was difficult. Maybe it would have been great if those who stayed had been warned. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The host was extremely helpful and accommodating at the last minute after being let down by our previously booked accommodation. The apartment is amazing with excellent facilities, decorated and fitted to a very high standard. It is sheltered from the sun so does not get overheated during the day. Very close to decking straight into lake Como. Good restaurants within walking distance.
