“A fantastic getaway.”

“Excellent staff and beautiful hotel”
Following a diverted flight due to fly to London, but went back to Barbados, we had nowhere to stay and were exhausted. We made this last minute booking and the staff were exceptional. They managed to turn the room around 4 hours before it was due to allow us to sleep. They allowed us to grab a pass to the pool so we could try and nap on the sunbeds before the room was ready, they helped get us a taxi to the airport. Ultimately they showed an immense duty of care - we will be forever grateful to them for this!

“It was ok, nothing spectacular.”
The front desk staff had an attitude and was not welcoming at all. As the first point of contact for the hotel, regardless of personal feelings or issues, the guest should not feel unwelcomed.

The hotel is very well located. Just next to the beach, which is great. It is clean and well mantained. Great parking space. The most important is that the staff members were helpful and nice.
