Grand Hôtel des Thermes is located in the Brides-Les-Bains thermal park, within Les 3 Vallees Ski Resort. It offers views of the Vanoise Massif and features . Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Each room and suite at Grand Hôtel des Thermes is equipped with satellite TV. Some guest rooms also have a private balcony with panoramic mountain views. Room service is available at an extra cost. Guests can enjoy traditional cuisine at the Les Cedres Restaurant. There is also a bar with an atrium, a large screen projector, a fireplace and a terrace. Direct access over a bridge or along a path is available to the Grand Spa les Alpes and the thermal baths in Brides-Les-Bains. “Bright fresh, comfortable.”
We had stayed here a few times before the refurb by the new owners and can say - based on experience - that the place is much better. The decor is bright and cheerful. The facilities ( ski lockers / lifts /rooms/ reception/ self catering kitchen etc) are much better , well organised , functional. Much improved. There was a pleasant bar area but we didn't get chance to test it out. The staff are great and seem to be happy under the new ownership. Some are the same as previous stays - recognised us and seemed happy to see us - very nice. Thoma who checked us in was great, through and pleasant. If there is a bonus scheme this young man should get some. Plan on coming back.

“Lack of cleanliness and sanitary”
Since We have a 1 year old child the cleanliness & Sanitary is the most important thing you look for. It was the worst decision we made. The room was not cleaned well there was dust everywhere, We found a used biscuit on a shelve and the unacceptable thing that made us complain was - while our child was playing we even found a bandage with blood stains from previous guests laying under the bed with a big amount of dusty fluff which shows that it was not cleaned for months. They told us that they will send a partial refund and this never arrived. will surely not stay in this hotel another time. Not recommended.
