The apartment is dirty. It smells unpleasant, and the blankets and beds are both dirty and uncomfortable. The host does not speak English. As a result, all of my questions were answered in French, despite my repeated requests to communicate in English.

“Lovely comfortable apartment”
Modern apartment, very quiet location in the historic part of the town. Fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels included, welcome pack with tea/coffee. Clean. No problem with parking. Also, really appreciate that our booking was accepted at the last minute.
