“The only place in Briançon to stay at”
Spacious extra comfy apartment with everything you need. Right next to the slopes. And for the price you wouldn’t even dream of! I want to come back every year. PS: yes, it’s a retirement house and I believe being close to these lovely people is another important benefit of this place.

“Arrival was a bit stressful, but the apartment was great for one night”
Super clean, very cheap for what you got, enought facilities for us for a one night stay. Once you got your head around staying in an old folks home, it was fine!

“Great apartment in nice location”
Free parking in underground garage (2m height). No extra payment for dog. Awesome location for skiing - less than 10 minutes of walk to the lift. The staff was very friendly and even though they spoke little english they tried to help with all requests. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for 2 people. It wqs quite small, but managable.

Great location, quiet, large rooms, nice pool and sauna. Great value for money. Able to cook some simple meals in the kitchen. Secure underground car park. Don’t be put off that it’s part of an elderly residence. Would stay again!

We loved to stay in this place. We came to Briançon to get our first aid certificate with the french Protection Civil Organisation. The place is amazing with very quiet residents. The facilities are great and Briançon a beautiful town with landmarks and good food. Highly Recommended.

“Superb Apartment”
Large comfortable apartment. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Helpful staff. Free parking. A longish uphill walk to the old town and the fort, so we were lazy and drove as there is parking at both ends of the Grande Rue.

The room is spacious and clean. Location is right in middle of town and cheaper option even if you want to ski in Serre Chevalier.

The apartment was spacious and tidy, the underground parking was nice and secure.
