“Very satisfied”
The house is in excellent location - 15 minute walkable distance from city center, has everything that we needed and also we booked in the last minute. Éric came to help us open the gas bottle and is very nice and friendly. We are satisfied with our stay. Need to say we were with two little kids (1 and 6 years old) and both felt comfortable in the house.

Easy to access, compact and functional ground floor flat in a small block in central Briancon. Perfect for a one-night layover with a decently-equipped kitchen (full oven and hob and enough dishes, pans etc). Modern bathroom which worked well and separate WC. Good underfloor heating and a comfy small bedroom. Not used by us, but it looked as though it had a nice little garden area with good tables and chairs right outside the full length lounge windows so that would be a bonus in good weather. We think we were allowed to park in the car park, though space was a bit limited by the snow.

“Sadly, I cannot recommend....”
My experience wasn't the best. Lack of language made communication with the host difficult. The positives were the helpfulness of neighbours who really went above and beyond to try to hep me out - I could not find this property and the owner could not explain either. It was the neighbours who sorted this for me!

“Perfect stay in a very beautiful town where you could walk to the shops and restaurants.”
Eric, was an exceptional host who answered almost immediately any queries - Our flight was delayed and i worried about the key but Eric responded immediately and there was nothing to worry about. Eric very kindly introduced me to a beer of the area which was greatly enjoyed!!
