“Great location especially in the Fall season”

Excellent hotel in a stunning location with beautiful view of the mountains. Not far from the city and has a couple of restaurants outside. The staff are warm and welcoming.

Too much noise, the music in the restaurant in max volume with live music did not stop until 1am, the kids were traumatized. The rooms are too small, even the superior suite its too small, the jacuzzi was in the balcony, it was cold and not worth it

Our stay at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The staff are extremely kind and professional – from the reception to the restaurant, everyone welcomed us with a smile and warmth. Breakfast is varied, delicious, and fresh, and the restaurant’s atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The location of the hotel is excellent – easy to reach and close to the main attractions. Everything exceeded our expectations – we felt completely at home. A sincere recommendation to everyone! 😀

Restaurant service, too long Wait.

“Luxurious but lacking some enthusiasm”

Right in the middle of nature, we came back from a hike through the Sharr Mountains and needed a place to relax and swim. We grabbed a last minute deal in the Brezovica hotel and we were not disappointed. Lots of options for swimming, relaxing and enjoying good food and drinks. The price is right, at least after our discount. Rooms and beds were excellent as well. Airco was working very well. The shower was amazing!

We we're on a weekend off, nature is good, hotel building is good and cleanliness is perfect.

The room and the hotel facilities were actually nice, but there was smoking in the restaurant which is a violation of the Kosovo tobacco law. Technically there would be a smoking area, however, the waiters left the sliding wall-doors open, so there was no separation. We skipped dinner and left the hotel for a restaurant in the village, just to have the same bad experience in the hotel at breakfast. It is disgusting. Shame for a 5 stars hotel. My office has been coming for overnight workshops and retreats. We will definitely not come back neither for business nor private stays until they fully comply with the Kosovo tobacco law. If you're not a heavy smoker yourself, don't go there.

We didn’t have any vantilation, the room had smoke inside because of the cigarettes, there wasn’t any power for 2 hours….

Ishte e pamundur te pushoje ne kete hotel kishte femij qe bertisnin kudo, dhe ne spa pishina e madhe ishte e mbushur me femije qe bertisnin. Restoranti ishte kthyer ne kend lojrash nga fillimi deri ne mbremje. Stafi nuk ishte aq profesionist per nje hotel me 5 yje. Nuk ofronin sherbim taksi.
