Really spacious and clean accommodation - perfect for families (we stayed in Britteridge lower level one bedroom apartment) Provision of towels, parasols and beach chairs at beach was really nice touch, as well as complimentary water, sun screen etc.

The location on the hill is remote but quiet at the same time. Spacious appartments with kitchen, table and 2 large room and massive bathroom. Appartment was very clean, well done! All required tools available. Even a balcony with 2 deck chairs.

Too far from water. There is a class system so all guests are not worrhy enough to use the.beach. We.had.to drive.over a mile.to.our.room. advertising didnt match the place.

My family just completed a two night stay. This is hands down the worst property we’ve ever stayed at with this price point of 450.00 USD a night. About the only nice thing I can say are the grounds are nice but huge. You will need a car if your not on the Mansion side. We were stuck in the Arbor village wich is apparently the oldest on the property and it shows. The units are in desperate need of deep cleaning and renovation. Our unit came with the worst pull out sofa imaginable. Use extra blankets if you can find them or you will feel every spring. The actual bed was not much better with the wood frame close to collapsing. Every movement causes horrible noises from the frame. The kitchenette was the worst equipped with literally 3 forks so god help you if your 4 people. We had to take turns for the fork. Dishes were dirty on arrival and had to be washed. The TV in our bedroom was broken. Bathroom tiles are full of mold in the grout. Extremely small water heater. Only one of us could shower at a time for 5 mins with hot water. So again don’t be the 4th in line for the shower. The refrigerator unit was dirty on the outside and was extremely loud for anyone sleeping in the living room. People staying on the villages property get zero beach access and have to take a shuttle to the local beach. You can’t even check in on the villages side you need to drive 1/4 mile down to road to their “Mansion” property to check in. Guests staying on that side will receive beach access. Bizarre set up with the two separate properties but managed as one. We ate once at their Ocean terrace restaurant which was horribly overpriced and tasteless. When paying 18 dollars plus gratuity for avocado toast I at least expect some seasoning, heck salt would have been nice. tldr: not a luxury lodging. Overpriced for what you receive. Dirty units. Front desk staff could care less.
