There was no one in the hotel. The hotel had no security. If they close the door by mistake, you are locked out. There is no room cleaning etc. The cleanliness of the room was bad. everywhere was dusty. Even finding where the hotel was was challenging. Communication with hotel staff is very bad. However, communication can be made via phone.

I had a fantastic experience at this charming small hotel nestled in the heart of a quaint German town. Despite booking the wrong dates, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. They adjusted our reservation and had our rooms ready within just one hour. Rooms were modern and very clean. Charming view of the cozy central square with fountain and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for both its hospitality and its lovely location.

“I would love to come back to Bretten and stay in the same hotel!”
loved staying right in the centre of the square in such a historic house. Manny, the host was fabulous and recommended a brilliant restaurant frequented by locals! The place was so cool inside with very large rooms and windows that open on to the square.
