“Great swim and super comfy beds”
This was a brilliant value for money stop over during a long drive down through Italy. It is just a little way off the motorway, in a small non-descript town. The setting of the hotel itself is great, with a wonderful pool in a gorgeous leafy garden. Lots of parking space. My room and its en-suite bathroom were lovely, and very clean, and the bed was fabulously comfortable, with probably the best pillows I have come across in a hotel. The welcome was friendly.

“Wonderful relaxing place, great owners, great food”
Everything was better than I expected. I didn’t know we would be offered an evening meal so was pleasantly surprised. The food was exceptional! The staff were so wonderful and the room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. We all had such a good sleep. The breakfast was so lovely ☺️

Our hosts were amazing. Nothing was too much for them and their generosity was exceptional. We felt like part of the family. The food was delicious and fresh! We are so glad we stayed here and recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful stay , made feel very welcome. Stefano is a lovely person with a kind and welcoming energy. Room was spotless and had a lot of character. Old blended with modern which works really well. Breakfast was great, no shortage of food or drink. Garden area beautiful and great safe parking. Would love to return and hopefully will in the future . Thank you for a lovely experience. Friendly and accommodating staff, went above and beyond for us. Charming place. Nice swimming pool. Lovely comfortable big rooms. High Italian painted ceilings, hug bathtub. Amazing for summer & winter.

Very nice old building with a beatiful park in the back. Did not look like it from the street. Breakfast was good and hosts super nice. Free soda all day long was a pleasant surprise.

If you like old buildings and an antique atmosphere, then this is the place for you. But keep in mind that not every room is presented in the Baroque style; we came across an ordinary one. A huge and bright breakfast room, the apartments have everything you need. Friendly hosts.
