Absolutely gorgeous place! All was perfect! Owner is very kind and nice! I come only to this place in future as it was my best experience in Brescia until now! Perfect location, all nice, very cozy room and view to garden! I was really impressed and felt here like home!

I really liked the hotel. We were glad to meet the host. He charmed us, very positive and sincere. Powerful positive energy emanates from him. I was incredibly impressed by the interior design of the hotel. The room has everything you need, you feel that the guests are taken care of here. Cozy like at home. Very convenient location in the center of the old town and attractions. We will definitely come back here again. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel at least once.

Stefano is the best host. when we wanted to stay an extra night and he was already fully booked he found us another place nearby and drove us there in his car. A real gentleman.

The location was excellent and very peaceful. It's on a side street with minimal traffic. The B&B was very pleasant and homie and the facilities were pretty good. It was clean and our host was very friendly and informative about the area.

A great small bed and breakfast right in the centre of town, and a short walk from most museums and from the Roman remains. The price was great, with the only (slight) compromise being a shared bathroom rather than a private en-suite. I was ok with this given the price and location. A simple and adequate breakfast is included in the price, and is self-service. My room was small but comfortable.

We had a beautiful room. Serve breakfast, a lovely lounge/kitchen area to work in. And a great shared bathroom. Stefano our host was a delight. Responsive, attentive, and very kind. We had a wonderful stay. Like a home away from home.
