I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. First of all, I would like to highlight the attitude of the staff — exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. It never felt formal or mechanical; instead, there was a real sense of attention to guests’ comfort and well-being, which made the experience especially pleasant. I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel — calm, harmonious, and aesthetically pleasing, a place where it is easy to relax and feel well taken care of. Additionally, I had a great experience with the cuisine. I ordered room service, and the spaghetti were particularly memorable — absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and of true restaurant quality rather than typical in-room dining. Thank you to the entire team for the attention to detail and for creating such a warm and comfortable experience for your guests.

“Fabulous relaxing stay”

We loved this hotel! We had children and loved how they can go in adults spa pool in the morning and then they have their own pool area. Staff were all so friendly and good. Breakfast is huge and fabulous. After cakes a lovely treat. Loved the location in the hills, the air feels clean!

Very luxurious with a personal touch. Everything is so clean and nice. Breakfast buffet is ridiculously good with local products. Diner 4 course meal for a very sharp price is haute cuisine The wine list is amazing Mountains are so pretty, beds comfortable, personnel nice. I would suggest anyone who loves nature, luxury and comfort to stay here

The hotel is really nice, very comfortable, an ideal place to relax. The food was delicious, and we received great service from the staff, especially with the help provided with transportation.

This was one of those rare occasions where the photos underrate the beauty of the location. We arrived on a beautiful sunny day and the drive up was wonderful. The staff were very helpful despite a misunderstanding from Booking.com that our son was younger than he was. They fixed the error for a new bed very quickly. The spa had a far greater selection of items than we expected and the food was wonderful.

The overall experience was great. Above expectations: great Spa well designed for all age/preference groups: families, non-nude, nude. We did not miss anything in particular at the Spa, if not for the size of some facilities (e.g. small-ish pools? and yet enjoyable and not crowded). The Spa had large and very comfortable relax areas and spaces (including outdoors). Surprisingly good the gourmet restaurant, where freshly baked bread, sticks and cakes where absolute winners of taste and attention. Nothing we had was trivial or less than great. We love food and experienced all kinds worldwide and yet we were very pleased. Prices have been higher than expected but quality won our top price/quality ranking! The breakfast in the morning was complete with everything (again freshly baked and cooked) we ever imagined: traditional and international, sweet and salty, natural and organic, gluten and lactose-free, really above expectations Personnel were always helpful and a good guidance to understand the few things that needed explanation. In general, the hotel was fully booked but with properly proportioned facilities so that we never felt too many people were interfering with our relaxed stay. Really great!
