Host and his family are super friendly and helpful, location is amazing considering the nearby Punta rata beach and everything is closeby (restaurants, market, ...). The apartment is smaller but very well equipped and host offers free bikes and sups which is super nice. The apartment has daily cleaning so it feels like you are in a hotel.

Villa Višnja is in a great location – quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need. The beach is just a 5-minute walk, the grocery store 3 minutes, and a restaurant 8 minutes away. While conveniently located, it still stays away from the hustle and bustle of Brela’s main promenade, which can get a bit crowded and noisy. Overall, excellent value for money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful villa, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is simply perfect—just a short 5-7 minute walk to the stunning Punta Rata beach, which we frequented during our stay. Our host, Ante, truly made our experience memorable. He greeted us at the bus stop upon arrival and kindly drove us to the villa, ensuring we felt welcomed from the very start. On our last day, he did the same, which was a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated. The atmosphere at the villa was incredibly friendly and inviting. Ante and his team were always available to answer our questions and assist with any inquiries we had, making us feel right at home. Overall, this villa offers a fantastic combination of great location, exceptional hospitality, and a warm atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The owner is very friendly and when we arrived we also got beer in the fridge and local wine. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities available (free of charge) there is coffee machine in the lobby, ice makers, washing machine etc. available to all guests. SUPs and bicycles were available free of charge. The apartment was spacious enough and comfortable, had nice kitchen and offered outstanding view of the sea.

During our stay at the villa, we were impressed with the breathtaking views and excellent amenities like the gym, bikes, and SUPs available for use. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our experience was both comfortable and memorable.

“Wonderful place near beautiful beaches”

Very well equipped apartment with everything you need (including very good coffee:), very pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the whole villa with great people who took care of us here, excellent daily room service, dogs welcome.The possibility of free rental of bicycles,paddlebosrds,parasols&sunbeds on the beach. Magnificent beaches with long promenades offering an opportunity for morning run or nordic walking. Possibility of morning excercise on the the beach with qualified instructors or in the gym in the villa with great trainer Sandra.I thank her for a great stretching after the run.From that moment my legs ran like new:) The great place to spend an active holiday where we would like to return:)

- The host is super hospitable and friendly person, he upgraded our room to the best option for free, allowed to checkout whenever we want (I think it’s related to the low season) and even give us a bottle of some local wine (the anniversary gift). - We spent there only one night but we can definitely recommend to stay more. There are a lot of cool things to do which are included in the accommodation like bicycles, sup board, gym, several great beaches and restaurants around and others. - View from our room was really amazing. You open the window and see the endless sea and nothing more! It’s even better than sitting on the beach, unforgettable! You can always make a coffee in the coffee machine on the shared kitchen, sit near the window and enjoy the life. Super comfortable bed, greatly equipped own kitchen are also there. - There is a little shop in just 100 meters from the hotel where you can buy fresh croissants in the morning or some other products if needed.

Great location, amazing view, perfect facilities. Room had everything we needed and more. Ante, Sandra and family were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

The owner is extremely nice, very informative and easily contactible. We had treats and refreshments waiting for us on arrival. Our sea view apartment, was cleaned everyday and the sunset view was amazing! There are bikes, stand up paddle boards and an electric grill available to use. The gym with sea view is amazing, 24h and super well equipped! Neighborhood very quiet, parking right next to building. Lots of small beaches, places to walk and eat walking distance from the villa. Highly recommend!
