“A magical confluence”

The "meeting of the waters", a confluence, is always a special place. The Sava meets the Krka (you can swim nearby in the Krka) before going to meet the Kopla/Kupa, the Sutla, Una, Bosna & Drina before it reaches the Danube at Belgrade. Brežice is a small but lovely town, Terme Paradiso is very cute, Terme Čatez is on a grand scale. There are castles and great food, Zagreb is down the road ... we loved the place, had our own breakfast in the kitchen and swam in the river, before going to the Krško speedway (AMD Krško is the friendliest sports club ive ever been to).

Location is top! Right next to the highway and the next village. Staff is polite and very hospitable. It was clean, plenty of hot water, big fridge, free parking. Comfortable beds. Nice room size, big bathroom. Good value!

“Value for money!”

It is perfectly located close to the highway but just next to the river getting both the advantages of the easy access and quietness. It has a beautiful balcony with view at the river! It is also reasonably priced.

The host was super nice. Pretty good room. Additional room with fridge and kitchen facilities.

“Warm, clean rooms”

Warm, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We had a balcony facing the river Sava, an amazing view to wake up with. The room was silent enough for a long night of uninterrupted sleep - to be considered that the hotel seemed to be nearly at full capacity with many guests walking around late in the evening and early in the morning, but we could barely ear them from our room.

“Passing through”

Mmmm! Where to start! This hotel was great for a 1 night stop over as located right by major roads but for that reason I would not use it as holiday accommodation due to the busy road directtly in front of hotel! It has all been recently refurbished and for that give a 10 and it was spotless inside with plenty of very hot water. The main corridor was dated and quite dingy though. The host met us on arrival and offered to help with our luggage which was very kind - he was pleasant enough but was very strong minded in his conversation. Overall we would stay again, the host was very trusting with check outs which felt respe tful as he has had some bad experiences which is very sad to hear as people are disrespectful to the livelihoods of hosts!

The place is great, next to Sava River. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and cosy, i loved it, and I definitely will come back.

It was just a sleep over on the way to Italy but it was very good. We came after check in time, they waited for us and let us in. Nice, clean and comfy with river wiev and balcony. Right by the road and 2 minutes from Terme Čatež pools. No AC, no fridge.
