Overview
A stay in the Bugey, for work, for vacations...to get away from it all, to change air, to recharge your batteries...in the countryside, in a quiet and secluded area. Our Gîte is located at the border of Ain, Isère and Savoie, in Glandieu on the commune of Brégnier Cordon. Adjacent to the Viarhôna, the bicycle road that connects Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean, direct access to the track, facing the Rhone Canal and adjacent to our property. Classified as a 3 star tourist accommodation, 40m2 ideal for 2 people. It is on the same level, not adjoining, with an independent entrance, not overlooked, near the owners' house. A main room with a living room, dining area and open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with Italian shower. Heating/air conditioning aerothermie. Solar panels for electrical production. Outside, on the front of the gîte, a covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs. A private lawn area in front of the gîte with garden chairs, deckchairs, barbecue. Private parking next to the gîte. Numerous activities available from our gîtes, loan of adult bicycles, water-skiing, Walibi amusement park 10 minutes away, heritage discovery, .... It is also possible to do nothing and enjoy the calm of the place.
