Great Location, not far from Train station, shops or food options close to the sea.

Poor customer service. Room was small, poor bathroom. Very expensive.

There was a parking charge of £20 CASH for one night stay.

This is a fascinating, quirky and eccentric property, full of Oscar Wilde references as it was built by his parents. It is excellently run and the staff were delightful. Despite the liveliness of the restaurant and bar underneath, the hotel was completely soundproofed and we enjoyed a quiet and comfortable night’s sleep.

Absolutely wonderful stay at The Strand Hotel Bray. Beautiful seafront location with stunning views directly across from the promenade. The hotel has a unique charm and character, especially with its Oscar Wilde history. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything needed. Breakfast was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious, and the restaurant food in the evening was excellent as well. The atmosphere throughout the hotel feels warm, relaxed, and genuinely family-run. A perfect place for a peaceful getaway by the sea. We will certainly return again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bray or Wicklow.

“Buisness Stay”

Clean accommodation, fabulous food, helpful staff, and a fast check-in. Overall, it was a very good stay. A family-run property is always a better choice, as they genuinely make every effort to look after their guests.

This property in no way matched its description. It is neither a boutique hotel or a gastro pub. Indeed it seems to be a number of businesses under one roof including several types of eating establishments & take away/ delivery service

Staff are excellent. So helpful and understanding with everything. Hotel is beautifully located along the seafront of Bray. View is spectacular. This hotel has restaurants and outside food options. Lots of seating outside means we could enjoy our drinks in the sunshine. We had the two best Margheritas we've ever had in gorgeous 1920s style glasses and they were two for €20! There was a fantastic DJ in house on the Saturday night. You couldn't ask for more
