“Calm and relaxing”

On a quiet street. The bedroom was spacious, everything you need in there. The bed was big and super comfy. Love that all the radiators are on smart thermostats so really easy to keep the room at the temperature you want. The bathroom was beautiful - everything felt brand new. Tanya was super helpful and immediately brought us an iron despite there already being one in the room that we hadn’t seen! Couldn’t have been a nicer place.

Great location in a quiet road, close to the Centre of Bray with a wide variety of good shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants while just short walk to the promenade and beach . Fast and easily accessed WIFI. Good sized room, modern bathroom ,comfortable bed .and a very easy to use self check in and out process, with 24/7 access to house and room using the door code mechanism ,to come and go as I pleased . Easy access to Multiple bus routes and the Dart train station with in a few minutes walk of the house . Did not even see the host but phone response was quick, friendly and positive, to a small request .

Clean room & bathroom, looked recently redecorated. Close to shops,restaurants, transport links & beach. This is why we chose this guest house.

I'm a person who feel uncomfortable using bathroom which is accessible from corridor. But if you do not mind this, this place offers clean room, nice bathroom and comfort.

We parked the car on Friday on our arrival and didn't need it again until we left on Monday. Our hostess was friendly but not intrusive. The whole house was luxurious. It was also perfectly quiet at night even though we were just of main streets.

Location

The house was really easy to locate - just a minute or two from the main street in Bray. It is also no more than 5 or 6 minutes from the train station and beautiful beach in Bray. Loads of little shops and cafes nearby, as well as bars and restaurants. Tanya, our host, was fabulous. Really friendly and helpful. She had great recommendations for somewhere to eat for our tea. The bedroom was huge! The bed was super comfortable and we slept like a log! There wasn't a single noise in the house - it was glorious! The bathroom was huge as well! Beautiful shower and lovely free standing bath - I've stayed in 4* hotels with bathrooms not near as good as this! Parking was spot on too - we arrived on a Saturday evening and only had to pay €1 euro for parking up to 6.30pm and then Sunday was free.

Great location with street parking. Minutes from Signal Art Centre, seafront and town centre. Tesco Express around the corner and in front of that, Gusta Italia for a delicious and well priced brek. Quilted carpets minamised noise. Doors were soft click. Big room with sateen cotton sheets.
