“A perfect location for a spa escape in the beautiful Herz woods ✨🌲”
Absolutely everything! We came for a couple’s weekend away and will definitely cone back. We loved the location, the concept, the design, the breakfast, the spa, the eye for detail, the personality of the space. Everywhere you look there’s something cool or cute that catches your eye and every corner is a delight. Everything about the hotel and experience was absolutely wonderful.

“Magical stay in the snow”
The sauna area is amazing, the breakfast fabulous, the staff really friendly and there’s a free Glühwein après-ski hour that allows to meet people and relax around the bonfire. Also the hotel is right next to Nordic skiing slopes so you don’t need a car, which was perfect.

“just not my thing, but perfect if this is your thing”
the breakfast was luxurous, the bar was also a nice place to sit. But one night there was a band playing and they told us we only could sit outside (autumn...nah) we figured out that there were nice seats in the spa area. Strange that they didn't mention that at the bar. Our room only had 1 chair and we just wanted to relax and read a book. The hotel is nicely located in a nice village, where there is a lot to do for tourists.

“Exceptional weekend in The HEARTS”
Everything, the rooms were comfortable, the mattresses were great, bathrooms modern. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of food and drinks. The bar at reception had a nice variety of drinks. The whole atmosphere was very welcoming and modern with a vintage touch!

“a good stay and room functioned well for a family, but a few things missed out”
There were a few staff that were really good but unfortunately there was also one that were no good. we all loved the morning buffet - it was really good. we liked the outside sauna. But there were a few extras we needed and which we thought would be included in a hotel.
