“Overall we really enjoyed our stay!”

The Host was easy to contact and very polite and helpful and the property is in a quiet residential area but close to the town centre (walking distance). The accommodation was nice, being a house with lovely far reaching views, and with the benefit of own garden with seating and bbq area + hammock and own off street car parking space. The kitchen includes a dining table but there is no separate lounge (although the inner hall adds some additional useable space to the property) which was fine for my daughter and I as we were out most of the time. Both bedrooms were of a good size although one directly adjoins the other to reach the kitchen and bathroom etc.

This place is nice and cosy. Locatеd close to the historical center of Brasov (10 min away by foot). The neighborhood is quite and safe. We had everything needed for a relaxing weekend: comfortable beds, garden with barbecue, nice music 🎶 and a view to the Brasov hills. The house and bathroom were clean and decorated with style. I liked the small touches that made the interior charming. There is also a second bedroom for the kids connected to the master one by a door. If you are with kids, they would love the PlayStation and games for it. Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven, teapot, coffee machine, cutlery, glasses, etc . We appreciated the bottle of wine, beer in the fridge, fruits and sweets left on the table for us. We didn't take advantage of all that but such meaningful gestures of hospitality made me rate this place with 10. :) We didn't meet the host F2F but she provided all the necessary info in advance about the check-in, how to get the keys, Wi-Fi password and where to park the car. We were late with our checkout (I didn't realize it was until 11:00 AM) but host gave us a call and allowed us some extra time. The grandma was very kind and treated us with eggs & biscuits due to Easter. We returned the gesture with some Bulgarian treats. Definitely a perfect place for a family vacation and we will return next time with the kid!

An excellent place to relax with family or friends. The location of the facility is very convenient for walking around the old town, 10 minutes on foot and you get to the historical center of the city. Wi-Fi, car parking and barbecue area are all included in the price. 12 km to the mountain resort Poiana Brasov. The hostess is responsive and hospitable, she answers all questions very quickly.

Third time we stayed here, we love it. Close to center, nicely arranged, friendly hosts, clean.
