Vlad was incredibly welcoming and always with such a positive, upbeat attitude. Every time I needed something, he was genuinely happy to help. His attentiveness and guest-oriented approach really stood out to me. This hotel is always my first choice whenever I travel to Brașov. The location is unbeatable, with an incredible view over the old town and the city—it never fails to impress me.

The location is great, in the forest though not far away from the center of the town. It is spotless clean, good design, good-size rooms and great staff. Tasty breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere.

The location was perfect,within walking distance from the old town!the breakfast was excellent, you could choose from the menu between varieties of eggs they made right that time,also vegan and other choices!Also the staff was very polite and willing to help you!They also have parking plot which was very useful to us!we hope to visit Upperhouse suites again!

“Lovely new hotel, very clean, great views, will definitely return”
The hotel is on the edge of town on a hill with amazing views of the town. We had a superior double room with huge windows and a small Juliette balcony. Room was spotless, nice shower, good size room, big enough to put our two suitcases down. Staff were very nice and accommodating, we asked for extra pillows as there were only 3 in the room for the two of us and another chair in the room. Breakfast was very nice, cooked to order and different, fresh tasting and healthy, lots of choice on the main menu. Could do with a bit more quantity/selection on the self service part though and English breakfast tea, they only had earl grey. Coffee was good though.
