The check out process was smooth. In contrast to the check in, the attendant was friendly, courteous, professional and quick. He also apologized when I mentioned that 3 out of the 5 ceiling light bulbs in my room were not working. People at the cafeteria / breakfast area were friendly and professional, making me beleive that the event at the check in process may have been a point out of the curve.
