“So depressing, it’s declined so much it ruined my vacation.”

We have been here before and it was good value. I was surprised and sad how depressing it was, and I wouldn’t pay this for a room with shared bathroom and sharing. It was dusty, dirty, and in the garden pretty much every chair was broken, and old tent layed by the entrance. A sign told us we couldn’t use the kitchen but we also couldn’t lock the front door at night, so that staff at the restaurant could come in and also use the bathroom when ever, often times it was staff that USED to work at the restaurant and place. So little care about the guests… breakfast had milk that was expired and dry bread, cold eggs, not warm! I appreciated this place before, now I will never go back. I was so sad because I am a single mother, saving up to go with my teenagers. We also got food poisoning from the restaurant - same owner - and the staff was really rude.

The girl that hosted us was super kind and friendly. The house is nice, unfortunately the “Jacuzzi” outside that you see in the photo wasn’t working. We loved the breakfast!

Breakfast was a very good spread. The beds were very comfortable. The garden, looking over the harbour, was a good place to relax. It was a very short walk from the ferry terminal. Cafe next door very convenient for meals and snacks (but expensive)

“A quirky stay”

The style of the decor with lots of interesting bits to look at, good breakfast selection, great location, fun pub next door (same owner), great outlook from balcony. The characters in the pub next-door, it's a fun lively place and the meatball lunch was fantastic. Very handy for the ferry.

This stay was great. We loved the restaurant view just next to the sea. Really so beautiful. Great food, also we had to wait quite a bit. I would stay here again, close to the boat, clean, quiet.

Lovely renting place for a quick getaway, the staff is very friendly and the common area is very clean. The breakfast is a great welcome and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

The property is very charming, close to the ferry port, and both the living area and rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and nice, she will answer any questions you may have. And the best part is that you can use the kitchen for making your own meals through the day!

Breakfast was fabulous! My mom and I were so surprised by the lovely full spread. We also found the room very cozy and enjoyed the beautiful view from our ocean view window and balcony. The place is also in a convenient spot about 5 minutes walk from the Brännö Rödsten ferry and it's right next to Café Varvet, which has delicious food and a fun vibe.
