“We would stay here again. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was friendly and helpful.”
The pool/ courtyard was very nice and well- maintained. We observed maintenance people and cleaning staff at work here. Our room was clean and cozy. Within a few minutes of arriving we received a text asking if we were happy so far. I replied that we had a problem with the TV, and a maintenance worker was at our door in under 10 minutes.

“Regretful Reservation”
The room was nice and clean and I felt safe while in the room. It was close to the hospital. The pool looked nice. The hotel design is unique. The front lobby was appealing. My son had major jaw surgery on Friday. The staff at front reception were very good and checked in by text that we were ok. I appreciated that. It made a difference. I was concerned for the staff as well.

No elevator, if you have mobility issues this is not a good hotel. No elevator and extremely long hallways and stairs.

“Poor, would not go back.”
