“Half stay was awesome! ...until the pool broke.”
The room was clean and we were impressed with the upkeep in the hotel renos etc in the room. Poolside had good ventilation and no musty smell. Fun waterslide and Pool facilities. Loved that staff were always cleaning carpets and pool tiles to keep floor tidy. Check out staff gave us a partial refund for pool being out of order.

we had no heat in our room they gave us a heater that made noise all night. it was a joke. I'm very disappointed and waste of money.

Reception staff was excellent...room was very clean and comfortable..pool and hot tub area was impressive. On site restaurant "Echo" staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again..
