“A lovely basement apartment that i don`t book.”
A lack of any information about anything. First friends who arrived before us struggled with the door code. Had to ask for wifi password. I got a parking ticket for parking in the street overnight! how would i know about a local by-law, you can`t park in street during the night??? All this information should be in a little handbook in the apartment. The big one for me was that when i booked this apartment was advertised as Stunning Furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment.... A couple of weeks before we arrived this changed without notice to Stunning Furnished Basement 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment! I never notice this change until we arrived. I have screen shots which i will upload. I would not have booked if i`d known this.
