“Be fair”
The hotel deducted money twice from my card-USD 315.29 which has not been refunded to date despite my complaint. The amount charged as security deposit for one night is far beyond the amount charged for a night. Which is not fair for most travelers on budget and would like to shop before departure.

Fresh clean modern hotel. Dinner was very nice after long trip. Breakfast is adequate. comfortable bed. plenty of parking. 20mins to Toronto city

Having to change rooms at 4am because the room next door is full of young people partying. At first, the person at reception didn't want to print out my bill, telling me that I had to have a receipt from the booking website.
