The best thing about the hotel is its staff, they all are super helpful and welcoming. They don't have many options for breakfast, but it's still enough: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, bagels etc. Their coffee tastes surprisingly good by the way. Plenty of parking spaces available and a fast connection to the highway.

Hot tub pool and slide great breakfast aswell

Pool and hottub were DISGUSTING!!!! Yellow sludge floating in the bubbles.... and waterside was closed with zero warning

It was very spacious. We had 2 comfortable chairs to sit in.

Staff were excellent, very friendly, high customer service. The pool and slide, and being close to the airport were key reasons for us staying at the resort. Appreciate the staff for opening the slide.

Had rooms available with a pull out sofa and which had an accessible bathroom for people with mobility issues. The staff are really friendly.

Check in and out was straightforward. The room accommodated our family of 5 with enough space. Breakfast was well equipped and serviced.

My kids want use it, I ask staff, they can open for me during swimming pool open hours , free snacks in my room and have greetings cards on my room table swimming pool slide, 24hrs free coffee and hot chocolate , clean

It was alright for an airport hotel. Room was clean and there was breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

My experience with this hotel was not merely poor service, but a clear instance of financial fraud and a deliberate scam. ​I booked an upgraded room type through Booking.com, specifically paying extra for a "Room with Two Sofa Beds." Upon arrival at reception, I was informed that this room type does not exist on the property. I had paid for a non-existent room. This is a clear case of bait-and-switch advertising and fraudulent listing to increase revenue. ​When I requested a refund for the price difference, the hotel staff immediately shifted responsibility, directing me to Booking.com to resolve the issue. ​For the past 30 days, Booking.com has been attempting to contact the hotel's management via both email and phone to process the refund for the fraudulent charge. The hotel proprietary is deliberately and continuously ignoring and avoiding all attempts at contact. ​This level of deliberate deception and subsequent ghosting is truly unheard of in the hotel industry. They knowingly took money for a product they do not possess and are actively blocking communication to avoid issuing a refund. ​A clear warning to future guests: Do not trust their listed room upgrades or specific amenities. This hotel engages in fraudulent business practices. ​I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment entirely.
