The location was amazing, such a beautiful view and a great spot to explore the Dolomites. The food in their pizzaria was also exceptionally good, it’s way more than just a pizzaria. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

Our stay at Hotel Brückele was excellent from start to finish. We would especially like to highlight the extraordinary kindness and professionalism of the entire staff, who made us feel welcome at all times. They were always attentive to our needs, with a warm, friendly, and highly helpful attitude. The quality of the food deserves special recognition. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring well-prepared dishes, high-quality ingredients, and a great variety of options. Every meal was a delightful experience that made our stay even more enjoyable. We are also extremely grateful for the assistance we received when we found ourselves without mobile phone coverage in the area. The staff went above and beyond to help us communicate and resolve our needs, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and an exceptional willingness to help. Overall, the hotel's service was impeccable. The facilities are very well maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the stay. A good hotel in a very beautiful location. The room was clean and the breakfast was high quality. I especially liked that many products were served in individual factory packaging, such as yogurt, Philadelphia cream cheese, and butter. It looked hygienic and neat. There was also a good choice for vegetarians: many seeds, dried fruits, and nuts. There is a very beautiful mountain near the hotel, and the views are wonderful. It was a pity that our room did not have a balcony — with such a view, it would have been a big plus.

Excellent Alpine vibes... The big fire place with a cozy leather sofas around, you feel like a you are 100 years back, where real and true things are around you. The pizzeria inside with yammi Italian pizzas made, and location is perfect. Would definately recommend the hotel if you are a nature lover. well done!

“Location Perfect. Rest could be improved.”

Great location for the nearby lakes and snow walks during winter when we stayed, but thats about it. Breakfast buffet the next morning was fine, with basics to get you started. Free parking decent with plenty of space. Wifi was alright overall. Hotel didn't seemed sold out on our night, so it was quite peaceful with only a handful of other guests. Dinner at the restaurant was alright though I wouldn't say it's anything special (bit tasteless but huge portions).

The restaurant serves good food, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit small, but the staff were very friendly and service-minded.

“Very accommodating staff”

It is always a challenge getting to Lago de Braise in season, but on arrival at the hotel they gave me a bus ticket to the lake, the starting point of my hike. Breakfast also very good.

Amazing location - at the end of a beautiful valley with high mountains all round. Clean, comfortable rooms, great pizza, excellent coffee, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Don’t be put off by “road closed” signs on Google maps, etc. - so long as you have a reservation you can go through.

“Fantastic location, staff and food!”

The hotel was in a fantastic location and was absolutely lovely! The staff were very helpful even with the language barrier. The room was particularly clean and spacious. I was concerned about the options for food based on the previous reviews, however, the food was exceptional and you could also choose from the pizzeria menu if there wasn’t something to your liking. Free wifi was also a massive plus!

Unique hotel with old fashioned interior. The room was good, big enough, the view around the hotel was stunning and relaxing.

Location is beautiful and ample parking spaces. Also very conveniently located to the bus stop in case you don't want to take the car .

Location is amazing, staff were lovely and made such a great effort with us! Pizza from restaurant was very good!

The room was great, location is amazing, family friendly, and a great playground. Lake Braise is close by, but its even closer to the Plätzwiese which was a highlight as well.

The place was overbooked, and we only found out arriving there. And this seemed to be a regular problem. so we needed to go some where else. So I don't know.
