“Beautiful house, extreme rules”
The house is really beautiful, but the rules were a bit extreme. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, and they wouldn’t even extend it by one hour. On top of that, you have to wake up early because they expect you to strip all the beds, gather the towels, take out the trash, and wash all the dinnerware. It feels quite exaggerated, especially considering we’re already being charged a cleaning fee.

The accommodation is very well located to enjoy the beach in peace. It is also well situated for visiting St. Petersburg, Tampa, Emerson Point Reserve, and Sarasota. It feels like home.
