Small hotel with good facilities. A quiet location two-thirds of the way down the hill with a great view of the lake and also back up to the castle on the top of the hill. A very good restaurant, well priced.

“Luxury and serenity in Bracciano”
The property in its entirety, from the magnificent views, to the well maintained gardens, exceptional service (Paola and Pietro were brilliant) and a damn fine dirty martini. The Dinner was fantastic as well. Cant wait to return.

“Perfect”
Absolutely amazing! The location is fantastic – just a 10-minute walk from the lake and 10 minutes from the town. The hotel itself is stunning, like a villa straight out of a movie, with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and charming garden. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Staying here truly made our holiday one of the best we’ve ever had

“The most relaxing stay we’ve ever had”
It was STUNNING! We were planning on going to Rome for our last day in Italy, but found this place and boycotted the whole day in Rome. Instead we had the most relaxing day, the spa is beautiful and the property is breathtaking. The restaurant is great too! Honestly could not fault anything. And the bed is SO comfortable. The perfect end to our trip.

“Very nice hotel to get away from hot Rome days!”
The location under the castle is wonderful: wherever you look there is a good view either on the lake or on the hill with the castle. The entire property is stylish, clean and modern, especially we loved the pool area which is perfect for morning swim. The restaurant for the dinner also made us pretty happy, must try ravioli with saffron and figs.
