“Will not be staying here again.”
When we arrived at the property, we did not know which unit we were in. We had to call property manager to get the information, which was fine, just slightly annoying. When we got into the property we noticed right away that the garbage disposal did not work, therefore we could not use this sink. We called property manager again, asking to have someone come out to fix it so we could actually cook and use the kitchen. They informed us that they could not have anyone come out for another week, by which time we would have been gone. This tells me the owners knew about the issue, that the kitchen is pretty much unusable for cooking and dish washing. We had purchased all this food thinking we’d be able to eat in, which we couldn’t do. After asking for some kind of compensation, we were told by the management company that they are getting in touch with the owners and will get back no us. Nothing. Crickets. To this day, still no response.
