“A lovely weekend stay in Bowral”

Such a cosy, lovely and very clean property. Had all the amenities and the pinball machine a bonus! Beds were very comfortable, good sized bedrooms and large bathroom - hosts also included little details that made you feel welcomed. Enjoyed our stay in this property.

“Great long weekender”

We loved staying at The Gables - the puzzles and board games; thoughtful stock of jams, bread, butter, tea, coffee, and milk to get us started, the pinball machine, big bedrooms, lots of space for us to relax in the house. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets, heaters if needed and we lovely having the fire! Easy to find and get in, check in process was easy and a lovely location. Thank you for having us and we hope to stay again sometime.

“Excellent, Comfortable, Clean home away from home”

Just about everything, from the cleanliness to the decorations to the ease of entry. We were emailed instructions on how to use the keyless entry and parking instructions. The owner also gave us his phone number in case we had any questions or if we needed anything. The owner contacted us to inform us that we had left a tooth brush charger and he offered to post it to us, which we thought was very nice

The location was perfect close to town. Rob was great with communication. The pin ball machine was excellent for the boys and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice house, 5 minutes from Bowral centre, great bathroom, nice feel and plenty of room, very clean and well prepared. A very engaging and supportive host. Great venue.

“Beautiful Bowral”

We had a quick stop off in Bowral on our road trip from Melbourne to Sydney. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Located on a quiet street with parking out the front. The house was so interesting with wonderful art work, photographs and extra antique details. We loved the pinball machine and board games. Bowral is a beautiful place, with a lovely high street. We ate at the Royal Hotel, which we all enjoyed. We were also there for the cricket museum which was brilliant. We really appreciated the milk and coffees to make a quick breakfast before we moved on to the Blue Mountains. Thank you!

Beautifully styled and dog friendly

Perfect, except no television. I couldn’t believe it … searched high and low. Big problem for me, single bloke … political, news, Sport junkie with no tellie … sheesh. Not cheap either … don’t expect it to be cheap, but no tellie?

The Gables is a lovely home and Rob is an excellent host. Great location.
