Plenty of space for our inter generational family. Warm with the fire and extra heaters. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of car parking. Quiet. Central in the Southern Highlands so not far to anywhere.

“We loved staying at the Barn. It was very spacious and provided everything that we needed.”

The space was amazing. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything including a litre of fresh milk, tea, coffee pods, condiments, all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Various sitting areas, a huge dining table with extra chairs, the reading nook, the outside table, the kookaburras on the fence and other birds, the beautiful green surroundings. The Barn was a perfect house for our family of 7 adults to stay and enjoy, and also for my son and his four groomsmen to get ready for the wedding. Plenty of space to park three cars comfortably, plus there is more parking further down the driveway.

Despite unseasonal rain and low temperatures in January, The Barn was warm, dry and comfortable, with plenty of room and a great array of facilities.

the house itself, it is quirky and unusual and very spacious. Accommodated our entire extended family very comfortably and the kitchen was very well equipped. it was great to have so many bathrooms to service so many people. our UK family members were taken aback by the unusual type of house and they all absolutely loved it. We were there for a wedding and our only disappointment was not getting a chance to use the pool table. our host Paul met us at the door and was most helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

A great place to gather with family and friends for a few days, the accommodation was ample and spread out and we were comfortable. Large gardens to enjoy and large and varied living spaces, especially the kitchen and dining, meant we could gather together for a meal and games and chatter. The host was friendly and checked in to see that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for large groups.

Fantastic property, couldn't have asked for anything better. Would highly recommend for a large group. Great facilities, we were shocked by everything provided. Would love to come back next time. The owner were amazing to deal with and easy to contact.

The accommodation was perfect for a multi generational trip. The host was generous and kind and the accommodation was clean, warm and perfect.

This place was gorgeous. We rented it out for our wedding weekend so that our bridal party could stay all together and it was amazing. So much space, everything was clean and comfy and we even got some great photos on the grounds. So easy to book and our stay was just great. 10/10 recommend- even if you aren't getting married!

We loved the layout of the house. Giving lots of different spaces to use for different preferences/activities. Some wanted to sit in the fire and read a book, some wanted to play pool, watch tv or have a nap and we could do that all at the same time without encroaching on each other. The kitchen had everything needed and more. Paul was super helpful and was determined to make out stay as pleasurable as possible. We loved it.

The Barn had everything we needed as a group of 10 x 60 year old school friends - kitchen was very well equipped and the owner was lovely and left us a few treats and chopped us some firewood for the open fire . There are plenty of gas heaters around the house as well so we were toasty warm and cosy
