“We would like to recommend Le Pair de Lune and especially the nice host Philippe to everybody.”
Philippe and Sylvie gave us a warm welcome in their B&B/Chambre d’hôtes. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the swimming pool and there was a private parking spot. The breakfast was very nice with fresh fruit. Philippe gave us really good advice on where to eat and drink and where to taste wine. We had taken our bikes with us and the surroundings of Bourg and Blaye are really beautiful with its slightly hilly landscape with vineyards. You can easily bike to Bourg to have dinner.

“We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday - thanks Philippe and Sylvie!”
location was great. Near to the ancient town of Bourg where we had lovely meals and strolled round the local market. The accommodation was fabulous, really clean and very well equipt. Hosts Philippe and Sylvie made the stay though - thanks to them we had everything we needed, they went over and above to help us in every way.

“Lovely hidden gem”
Philipe is a great host! He has a lot of good recommendations for the area, and makes reservations for your dinner as well. The room is even nicer than on the pictures, the pool is lovely (and open even in May where a lot of hotels only open their pool only in summer), and the garden is beautiful. It is located in a quiet area but buy car you are super quick in Bourg, at the next vineyard, etc. Highly recommend!

“Little paradise”
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with an very nice swimming pool. We had a beautiful room with all the necessitys you want. On top of that the host Philippe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the region, he made us feel very welcome. The region is also wonderfull, it was an amazing little paradise to enjoy the tranquility with wine, good food and friendly people. See you next time Phillipe
