“bad experience”
- received many messages on booking.com talking about different rules to follow like where to put away the linens after a night there, take out the trash after our stay, etc. basically telling us to do their job and threatening to fine us 300 EUR if we did not comply - forced to contact them and then fill an online form with info we had already given, or else they refused to give us the code - paper thin walls between our unit and the neighbouring one (same landlords of course) and we could hear everything (normal talking, people using the toilet, every single sound). unfortunately the people in the other unit had a karaoke night until midnight and also got up at 5 am for their own flight. so we didn't get much sleep - bugs everywhere - equipment not working (bathroom light, bedroom fan, the WiFi was pretty much slower than airplane wifi and that forced us to use our roaming data, it was also completely down in the morning)
