“adequate but I would not stay there again due to the darkness of the room”

“Amazing experience”
Excellent service very recommended. One day we get to the breakfast a 2 min late and they took care. Very nice for the lady in the kitchen.

Bed was comfortable. Location - close to Chateau St Michelle ( attending outdoor concert) was very convenient. Desk service was very pleasant. Kitchen service was prompt. Breakfast was ok .

“Horible never will I stay agin”
Ther was human feesies on the siting chair there was no effort to make up for it and staff was actually pretty rude and un helpfull as well as judgmental

“Nice place to stay for 1 night”
It was good accommodation for my family, with very comfortable beds and sofabed. The workers were very nice to my kids, I always enjoy a nice talk

“Find another hotel!”
I’m not sure I can think of a positive on this location. The rooms look thrown together (all different styles of furniture) the mini fridge in our room wasn’t working, there was no breakfast included as advertised and the room had an odd smell. The beds were so high off the floor that even my 7 year old child had to be lifted up. I absolutely do not recommend if you have mobility issues. I woke up in the morning to a large bug on the blanket in front of my face, and when I went to open the curtains there was another inside window. We packed and left much earlier than anticipated. Thankfully we were only there for one night. We will not be back again.
